Borang Sebutharga (RFQ) dan dokumen yang berkaitan akan dihantar kepada anda sebaik sahaja kami menerima resit pembayaran anda. Sila e-mel salinan resit anda kepada lpd@pb.edu.bn untuk mengesahkan pembayaran anda.


NOTE:

If you are interested to submit an offer(s), you are required to fill in the ONLINE PARTICIPATION FORM at https://bit.ly/3ftqJn6 and to pay $5.00 per each project to our Finance Division at level 12.

The Original Borang Sebutharga (RFQ) and related documentation will be sent to you once we receive your payment receipt.  Please email a copy of your receipt to lpd@pb.edu.bn to confirm your payment.

All quotation documents must be submitted in sealed envelope(s) with the quotation reference number, description of item, date advertised and closing date, on the top right hand of the envelope. Suppliers must not include their company name on the envelope.


An administrative fee of BND5.00 (Non-refundable) for each quotation document is incurred and this must be paid at:
Bahagian Kewangan,
Tingkat 12, Politeknik Brunei, 
Blok 2E, Kondominium Ong Sum Ping,
Negara Brunei Darussalam.
